• Ultra-Rigid Cast Frame: All main structural castings are HT300 high-strength iron, optimized via finite element analysis and full stress relief annealing. Six-sliding-block Z-axis design enhances rigidity for heavy rough cutting without deformation.
• High-Speed Direct-Drive Spindle: Taiwan BT40 spindle runs up to 12000rpm, fitted with P4 grade precision bearings and independent oil cooling unit. Matched 70bar central through coolant to rapidly remove heat and chips during deep cutting.
• Efficient 24-Station Disc ATC: OKADA disc tool magazine with automatic spindle taper air blowing, keeps tool mounting surface clean to maintain consistent precision during unattended cyclic production.
